Michael A. Steele
realized a dream of establishing his own buisness in January 2009. For 25 years he has provided tax compliance and planning, consulting an accounting services and IRS examinations for various types of small businesses, tax-exempt entities, trusts and estates and individuals. His client base includes a wide variety of professionals including accountants, doctors, lawyers, athletes and real estate and construction industry businesses.

Prior to establishing his own firm, Steele was a partner with Williams, Adley & Company, LLP, and had a combined ten years of experience with the "Big 4" accounting firm, KPMG and the Internal Revenue Service.

Steele earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (concentration in Accounting) from California State University, Sacramento. He is licensed in California as a Certified Public Accountant, Life and Health Insurance Agent (License #0E29681) and Mortgage Broker.
